Salam and Eid Mubarak to all our Coral Tree friends & family who celebrate this special day!
Yes, it’s me, again. Your old friend Finn. Chief Paw-fficer of Operations; Certified Labrador PhD; Manager of Office Morale; Head of Snacks & Snuggles (even though I’m not very snuggly Mr Donald insisted I put this on my resume); Biscotti & Rusk Inspector Extraordinaire, Esquire; & Protector of All Things at Coral Tree. (Quite the CV, I know. You should see the references.)
I’m here to wish you the most wonderful Eid!
If you’ve ever wondered what “Eid Mubarak” means, it’s a joyful greeting Muslims share during Eid, a special holiday marking the end of Ramadan.
Eid is all about gratitude, kindness, family, and, hopefully, heaps of treats (for dogs like me, anyway). Saying “Eid Mubarak” is like wishing someone “Happy Holidays” or “Merry Christmas.”
So Eid Mubarak to all my Coral Tree Friends! May your Eid — and all your days & nights — be filled with peace & treats.

Finn: “Yes yes my Dude. 100%. I love fields. Your giant acorn hat is bangin, BTW. Would love to score one of those for my bro Nutkin. Fields fields fields… the field where little lambs form a synchronized woolly wave my bru… peanuuuut butterrrrrrrrr.’”
And here’s a little wisdom-something I sniffed out from a wise Afghan dude named Rumi:
“Let yourself be silently drawn
by the strange pull of what you really love.
It will not lead you astray.”
I love poetry! And not being led astray!

And in Farsi, I’d like to share some beauty & blessings:
عید شما مبارک! امیدوارم این روز برای شما پر از شادی، صلح و نعمت باشد.
(Eid Shoma Mobarak! Omidvaram in rooz baraye shoma por az shadi, solh, va nemat bashad.)
Sending all my Labrador love your way, you crazy humans!
A Happy & Blessed Eid Mubarak to all Beings
Your Friend Finn
