Cassidy doesn’t like me to share these kinds of compliments publicly, but this letter she received the other day from one of the Coral Tree Caregiver Crew was so sweet, I’ve made the “executive decision” to share it here as a Coral Tree blog post.
(As someone who is equally allergic to self-promotion, I can relate to my mother’s aversion to sharing these kinds of letters, testimonials, etc.)
That said, I also know how difficult it is for families & individuals when it comes time to introduce a caregiver into one’s life… Please know you can call us anytime — even just for advice or how to get started, what you need to consider, etc. We know how overwhelming it can be & we are here to help.
Also, Cassidy did say that the following applies to EVERYONE in the Coral Tree Family (not just to her). And providing excellent care to our clients & caregivers go hand in hand.
So here’s to rejoicing in all the goodness that our caregivers, my parents, our care managers & everyone who makes up this precious little caring business Cassidy & Donald started some 15 years ago continue to bring to our little corner of Newport & beyond. All of us in the Coral Tree Family can agree on that!

Your willingness to offer an hourly wage that surpasses expectations speaks volumes about your commitment to fairness and the well-being of your team.
The thoughtful gestures of providing bonuses during Christmas and birthdays reflect not just generosity, but also a rare & genuine care for the people who work with you.
It is this compassion & integrity that make you truly exceptional… It has been an honor to be part of something so impactful.
